If you have chosen an arrival transfer you will be met at the airport by a representative, transfered to the hotel and given details of your city tour start time.
If you have elected a transfer out, you are responsible for your transfer from the airport / bus depot to your hotel. A representative will make contact with you within a reasonable time after your arrival at the hotel and inform you of your city tour and transfer out details.
